My passion for art began when I was a child, passed down to me by my Aunty Pam. I am a Ngarrindjeri and Kaurna artist, specialising in creating contemporary Aboriginal art. I create artwork that tells the stories of the Ngarrindjeri people, sharing the richness of my culture and passing on the knowledge of the 'old people' (Elders) to younger generations.

My artwork tells the stories of my Nan's life growing up on the mission at Raukkan, stories of the Ngarrindjeri people, as well as the story of my own family and raising two children in Adelaide.

  • I acknowledge the Kaurna peoples as the traditional custodians of the Adelaide plains region where Kath Moore Art is located. I respect their spiritual relationship with their Country and Sea, and acknowledge their Elders past, present and emerging.

'When you purchase a piece of my art, you are taking home a piece of my culture to share with your family and friends. Telling the stories of the Ngarrindjeri people is sharing over 40,000 years of our rich culture that has been passed down from our ancestors.'
