Cockles have been a staple food for Ngarrindjeri people for thousands of years. When my Nan was growing up on the mission, one of the things she loved doing was shuffling her feet in the sand to find kuti (cockles) to eat.
Printed on a quality 260gsm matte finish paper using archival, pigment inks.
